Wash desired number of large Idaho potatoes (do not remove skin). Cut in half and then into approximately 6-8 spears. Spread each side with Hellmann's mayonnaise. Sprinkle with onion salt or Parmesan cheese, or both. Bake on cookie sheet, skin side down at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until done.
