PICKLED EGGS 
2 c. white vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1 onion, chopped
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. pickling spice
Hot Tabasco sauce to taste some people like the eggs hotter than other

Boil all ingredients for 5 minutes. Pour into wide mouth jar or covered container add peeled hard boiled eggs. Let stand 48 hours in refrigerator. Well deep for weeks.
