SWEET POTATO PIE 
3 to 4 c. cooked, mashed sweet potatoes
1/4 c. flour
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c butter
3 egg yolks
3 egg whites

Mix all the ingredients together and beat 3 egg whites until stiff. Fold into mix. Pour into an unbaked pie crust. Bake at 350 degrees until brown.
