SCALLOPED SWEET POTATOES 
1 (18 oz.) drained can sweet potatoes
1/4 c. orange juice
2 1/2 c. applesauce
1 tsp. grated orange rind
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 c. buttered bread crumbs

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place sweet potatoes in a greased casserole. In a bowl combine remaining ingredients except bread crumbs. Pour mixture over sweet potatoes. Sprinkle crumbs on top. Bake until bubbly. Makes 6 servings.
