VEAL SUPREME 
1 lb. cubed veal (pork can be used)
2 c. water
1 stalk celery, cut up
1 can mushrooms
1 can mushroom soup
3 tbsp. shortening to fry meat
1 pkg. chow mein noodles
1/2 c. almonds or cashews

Brown veal; sprinkle with flour. Add celery, cover with mushroom juice, soup, and water. Simmer 45 minutes. Add mushrooms and noodles. Place in buttered dish and sprinkle some noodles and nuts on top. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Serves about 6.
