VANILLA/BUTTERSCOTCH COFFEE CAKE 
1 box white cake mix with pudding in the mix
1 box Royal vanilla pudding and pie filling
1 box Royal butterscotch pudding and pie filling
1 c. water
1/2 c. vegetable oil
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped walnuts

TOPPING:

1 c. brown sugar, packed
1 c. chopped walnuts
3 tsp. cinnamon

Mix cake mix, puddings, water, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla with mixer on medium speed for 3 minutes. Grease and flour a 9 x 13 pan. Put 1/2 of batter in pan and sprinkle half of topping mixture over. Then add rest of batter and topping mixture. Bake 40-45 minutes at 350 degrees.
