CREAMED CHICKEN TORTILLA
CASSEROLE
 
1/2 sm. pkg. corn tortillas
1 can cream of chicken soup
3/4 soup can milk
1 (4 oz.) can green chilies, chopped
2 c. chicken (2 breasts), cooked & cubed
1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated

Break up tortillas. Line lightly gresed casserole with tortillas. Bring soup and milk to a boil. Add chicken and chilies. Pour 1/2 of chicken mixture over tortillas. Layer on 1/2 of cheese. Then pour remaining chicken mixture over cheese. Layer remaining cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. (If using deep casserole, use 2 layers of tortillas. If using shallow dish use only 1 layer of tortillas. Serves 4 to 6.
