HAMBURGER SOUP 
1 lb. hamburger
1 lg. onion
4 1/2 c. V8 juice
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
3 lg. potatoes
4 carrots
4 stalks celery
1 can butter beans
1 can corn
1/2 c. macaroni
3 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Peel and chop onion. Brown hamburger with onion. Drain grease. Peel and cut potatoes, carrots and celery in small pieces. Put all ingredients in large kettle and cook until vegetables are tender. Add water if soup is too thick.
