1 lg. + 1 sm. bag Oreo cookies, crushed fine
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
2 c. powdered sugar
2 lg. pkg. instant pudding, dry
3 c. milk
2 (12 oz.) cartons Cool Whip
2 tsp. vanilla

Mix together the cream cheese and the powdered sugar. Set aside and mix the pudding, milk and vanilla until thick. Add the Cool Whip and cream cheese and powdered mixture.

Use two large flower pots or bowls. Layer cookie crumbs in each pot. Add 1/4 of the pudding in each pot. Add 1/4 of the pudding in each cookie crumb layer. Next add remaining pudding and then remaining cookie crumbs. Chill overnight.
