1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. sour cream
1/2 c. white sugar

Cook to soft boil stage, about 2-3 minutes, on medium to low heat. Add 3-4 cups pecans, stir; pour on waxed paper. Separate with fork and let dry. Store in airtight container.
