BAKED CAULIFLOWER 
1 head cauliflower
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. chopped pimento (2 oz. jar)
1/2 c. chopped green onions
1/4 c. buttered bread crumbs
1 tbsp. grated cheese

Cook whole cauliflower in salted water about 20 minutes. Drain, chunk and place in baking dish.

Melt butter in small skillet. Add flour and stir until blended. gradually add milk, stirring until smooth and thick. Add salt, pepper, pimento, green onion; blend.
