STICKY POPCORN 
2 qt. popped corn
1 1/3 c. walnuts
1 1/3 c. sugar
1 c. butter, melted
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. white syrup

Boil butter, sugar and syrup on low heat until mixture turns to a light caramel color, then add vanilla. After coming to a boil cook 5-6 minutes. Pour over popcorn that has been mixed with nuts.
