1 pkg. pistachio pudding
1 lg. can fruit cocktail
1 med. can crushed pineapple
1 med. Cool Whip
2 c. mini marshmallows
Nuts (optional)

Mix pistachio pudding with pineapple juice only. Add drained fruit cocktail, crushed pineapple and mini marshmallows. Add nuts if used. Fold in Cool Whip and mix well. A great favorite of the family.
