CRAB SPREAD | |
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1/2 can mushroom soup 1 env. Knox gelatin 1/2 c. water 1/2 c. mayonnaise 1 med. grated onion 1/4 tsp. Old Bay seasoning 2 cans Harris crab meat or 1 lb. crab substitute Over low heat blend cream cheese and soup until smooth. Sprinkle gelatin over water. Add to soup mixture and bring to slow boil stirring constantly boil for approximately one minute. Remove from heat. Add mayonnaise, grated onion, Old Bay. Mix well add crab meat. Mix well. Pour into 3 plus cup mold. Chill overnight. Unmold and serve with favorite crackers. |
