MASHED POTATO CASSEROLE 
8-10 potatoes
1/2 c. sour cream
8 oz. cream cheese
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. pepper
Paprika

Peel and cook potatoes for mashing. Mash potatoes adding remaining ingredients. Use a mixer to whip if desired.

Spread potatoes into casserole dish, dot with butter and sprinkle with paprika. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes before serving.
