STRAWBERRY PIE 
1 (12 oz.) can clear soft drink
1/2 c. sugar
2 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. Jello

Mix sugar and cornstarch in saucepan. Slowly add soft drink while stirring. Bring to a boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat, add the Jello, stir until dissolved. Pour over fresh fruit arranged in a baked pie shell. Top with whipped cream or topping. This makes a very good fresh peach pie using peach Jello or fresh raspberry pie using raspberry Jello.
