SWEET AND SOUR PORK 
12 oz. pork loin

1:
1 tsp. soy sauce
1 egg yolk
1 tsp. cornstarch

2:
3 tsp. vinegar
3 tsp. sugar
3 tsp. water
3 tbsp. tomato ketchup
1/3 tsp. salt

1 1/2 tsp. cornstarch 1 1/2 tsp. water

1. Cut pork into slices about 1/2 to 3/4 inch thick and lightly pound the slices to tenderize. Cut meat into bite size pieces then marinate with (1) for about 30 minutes.

2. Roll the meat pieces in cornstarch then deep fry over medium heat for about 3 minutes. Remove and drain.

3. Cut the vegetables into bite size pieces.

4. Reheat pan and 3 tbsp. oil. Stir fry vegetables, add (2) and pineapple chunks. When mixture begins to boil, add cornstarch and water to thicken. Add fried meat pieces and toss lightly to mix together. Serves 6.
