CORN CASSEROLE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 eggs, beaten
1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
1 med. carrot, shredded
1/4 c. chopped green onion
1/4 c. chopped green or red bell pepper
1 chopped hot pepper
Salt & pepper to taste

Combine softened cream cheese and eggs, mixing well until blended. Add all other ingredients; mix well. Pour into lightly greased casserole or 8 inch. Square baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Serves 6-8 persons.
