3 lbs. hamburger
1 onion
1/2 green pepper
Pinch salt
Pinch powder garlic
3/4 c. flour

Put a little flour in pan. Mix all ingredients together and pat out thin into pan. Cut into squares before cooking. Cook in oven at 350 degrees about 45 minutes.

Remove from oven and drain off grease. Heat 2 cans mushroom soup with 1 can water, pour back over steak and bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
