FRIED CATFISH 
3/4 c. yellow cornmeal
1/4 c. flour
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
4 catfish fillets

Deep fry in vegetable oil 5 to 6 minutes or until golden brown. 4 servings.
