POTATOES UNDER CHEESE 
1 c. bread crumbs
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. dill seasoning
3 tbsp. melted butter
8 med. potatoes, sliced thin
6 green onions, chopped
2 c. milk
8 slices processed American cheese

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix bread crumbs with salt, pepper, mustard, dill and butter. Place a layer of potatoes in a 2 quart greased baking dish. Sprinkle with seasoned crumbs and onions. Repeat several times. Pour milk over potatoes and lay slices of cheese on top. Bake uncovered in oven for 1 hour or until potatoes are tender. Makes 6 servings.
