MOM'S CHEESE DOUBLE BAKES 
6 lg. potatoes
3-4 heaping tbsp. Cheez Whiz
Salt to taste
1/4-1/3 c. milk
1/3 c. butter
6 thin slices Velveeta cheese

Bake potatoes until done (leave oven going). While still hot either cut off tops of potato or half them which ever you prefer. Scoop out potatoes carefully as to not tear the skin. Place in large bowl. Salt to taste. Add Cheez Whiz, milk and butter. Beat until creamy. Place back into shells, heaping them full. Place 1 strip of Velveeta cheese on top. Place back in oven until strip is melted. Enjoy!
