PEACH CRISP | |
4 peaches, peeled & sliced thin 1 c. flour 1 c. sugar 1 tsp. baking powder 1/4 tsp. salt 1 beaten egg 1/2 c. melted butter Cinnamon Line bottom of an 8" square pan with peaches. Mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and egg. Sprinkle over peaches. Pat down. Pour butter over all to edges, sealing them. Sprinkle with lots of cinnamon. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve warm with milk, cream, ice cream or whipped cream. |
