PIZZA DOUGH 
1 pkg. dry yeast
1 c. warm water
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
2 3/4 to 3 1/4 c. all-purpose flour

Dissolve yeast in warm water in 3 quart bowl. Stir in sugar, oil, salt, and 1 cup flour. Beat until smooth. Mix in enough remaining flour to make dough easy to handle. Turn dough onto lightly floured surface. Knead until smooth and elastic, about 5 minutes. Place in greased bowl; turn greased side up. Cover and let rise in warm place until almost double, about 30 minutes.
