2 tsp. yeast or 1 pkg.
1 c. very warm water

Dissolve yeast in water. Add 1/2 teaspoon salt. Work in 2 cups flour. Add and work in 2 tablespoons oil and knead until smooth. Let rise. Makes 1 large greased cookie sheet size pizza.
