MEXICAN WEDDING COOKIES 
1 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 c. nuts, chopped
6 tbsp. powdered sugar

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cream butter, vanilla, sugar. Stir in flour and nuts. Mix well. Shape into small balls. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet for 10 minutes. Roll warm cookies in powdered sugar. Makes 2 to 2 1/2 dozen.
