CRABMEAT APPETIZER | |
1 (11 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup 1 pkg. unflavored Knox gelatin 3 tsp. cold water 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1 c. mayonnaise 1 c. chopped celery 1 sm. onion, finely chopped 1/2 lb. frozen or canned crab meat (or imitation crab) Heat soup (undiluted) and dissolve gelatin in water; add remaining ingredients and mix together in saucepan. Pour into 4 cup mold; refrigerate overnight. Serve with crackers and/or fresh vegetables. |
