CINCINNATI STYLE CHILI | |
3 lbs. hamburger 7 1/2 c. water 1 can tomato paste 3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 4 1/2 tsp. chili powder 1 1/2 tsp. black pepper 4 1/2 tsp. salt 2 1/2 tsp. allspice 2 1/4 tsp. red pepper 3 bay leaves 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 2 1/2 tsp. vinegar In a large pot, squish raw meat through the water with your fingers. Add all remaining ingredients. Cook on low heat for 3 hours, stirring occasionally. Serve over spaghetti. Top with grated cheese, red beans and onions. |
