1 c. flour
2 tbsp. sugar
6 tbsp. butter
1 egg yolk

Combine flour, sugar and butter in a small bowl. Stir with fork until blended. Add egg yolk and mix with a wooden spoon. Work mixture into a smooth ball. Press pastry evenly into bottom and up sides of a 9 inch pie plate. Makes 1 crust.
