SPRING SALAD 
1 lb. cottage cheese
1 cucumber, grated and drained
1 tbsp. onion, chopped
1 carrot, grated
1 lg. pkg. lime Jello
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. hot water
1 tbsp. vinegar

Dissolve Jello in hot water. Add mayonnaise and vinegar. Stir in cottage cheese and vegetables. Pour into mold and refrigerate.
