STUFFED MUSHROOMS 
1 lb. fresh mushrooms
2 small green onions with tops-chopped
4 slices of cubed bread
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 egg

Remove mushroom stems and chop finely. Sauté chopped mushrooms and onions lightly in skillet in small amount of oil. Add bread cubes, garlic salt and lemon juice. Toss to mix. Stir in egg and simmer for 1 minute. Stuff mushroom caps with mixture. Arrange in greased baking dish.

Bake 350°F for 10 minutes.
