BROCCOLI AND CHEESE SOUP 
1 med. onion
2 pkgs. frozen broccoli, chopped
2 cans Campbell's chicken broth
2 cans Campbell's Cheddar cheese soup
Salt and pepper

WHITE SAUCE:

4 tbsp. flour
4 tbsp. butter
2 c. milk

Bring broth, onion, and broccoli to a boil. Simmer, uncovered, for 10 minutes.

In separate pan, melt butter; add flour. Stir constantly until smooth. Add milk. Bring to a boil; stir about 2 minutes. Add to broccoli, broth, and onion. Let it simmer for about 1/2 hour.
