CREAM OF BROCCOLI SOUP 
4 c. low fat milk
1 c. water
1 pt. half & half
1 stick butter
2 cans Campbell's Cheddar cheese
1 lg. onion, diced
2 lg. potatoes, cubed
1 lb. (or more) fresh broccoli (cut bite-sized)
1 tsp. celery seed
3 chicken bouillon cubes
Salt & pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients (except broccoli) and bring to a slow simmer, stirring often. When potatoes and onions are cooked, add broccoli. Cook another 30 minutes.
