SUMMER SQUASH CASSEROLE 
2 lb. summer squash
1 onion, chopped
1/4 c. butter
1 1/2 tsp. dill seed
8 oz. sour cream
Butter bread crumbs

Cook squash and onions until tender. Mix sour cream and dill seed, add to squash and onions. Put into buttered casserole dish. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Sprinkle bread crumbs on top and continue baking until they are brown.
