FRIKADELLARS (DANISH MEAT BALLS) | |
1 1/2 lb. hamburger 1 chopped onion 1/2 c. milk 1/4 tsp. pepper 2 tbsp. bread crumbs 1/2 lb. sausage 1 egg 2 tubes. flour 1 tsp. salt Combine meat, bread crumbs, eggs, pepper, onion, salt and flour. Then add the milk, a little at a time. Mix thoroughly. Form into meatballs and place in frying pan. Brown on both sides. When done, use dripping to make gravy. Pour over meat balls and serve. |
