HAWAIIAN SWEET & SOUR MEAT BALLS 
4 lb. bulk pork sausage
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
3 c. catsup
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. white wine vinegar
1/2 c. soy sauce

Mix together sausage, eggs and soft bread crumbs. Then shape into small balls. Brown in frying pan until golden on all sides (drain).

Combine catsup, brown sugar, vinegar and soy sauce. Pour over sausage balls. Simmer 30 minutes, stir occasionally. If made ahead refrigerate or freeze in sauce. To serve reheat in 350 degree oven for 20 minutes.
