SWEET - SOUR MEAT BALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
1 egg
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. salad oil
1 c. pineapple juice
3 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tbsp. soy sauce
6 tbsp. water
1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. vinegar

Mix first 4 ingredients; form into very small balls and brown in a little oil. Drain. Add juice to oil and cook over low heat a few minutes. Add remaining ingredients and cook until thickened. Add meat balls, 1 cup pineapple chunks, and 12 cherries. Green pepper strips may also be added. Serve hot.
