STROMBOLI 
2 loaves frozen bread dough
1/4 lb. pepperoni, sliced very thin
1/2 lb. provolone cheese, sliced
1/2 lb. ham, sliced thin
Parsley
Oregano
Basil

Def rost bread dough. Roll out the loaves into 2 large rectangles. Sprinkle with parsley, oregano and basil.

Layer like this: ham, cheese, pepperoni. Roll up lengthwise (jelly roll style) and pinch ends closed.

Raise about 1 hour before baking.

Cover with foil and bake at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes. Uncover and bake about 10 to 20 minutes more. (Watch it carefully.) Bread should be golden brown when done. Serve hot or cold. Yield: 2 loaves.
