FRUIT CAKE (So Easy) 
2 1/2 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 jar mincemeat (28 oz.)
1 1/3 c. (1 can) Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk
2 c. mixed fruit, candied
1 c. walnuts, coarsely chopped

Butter 9 inch tube pan, line with wax paper in bottom of pan. Butter again. Sift flour, baking soda together. Combine eggs, mincemeat, milk, fruit and nuts. Fold in dry ingredients. Pour into pan. Bake in slow oven, 300 degrees, over 2 hours until center springs back and top is golden brown. Cool, turn out, remove paper. Will keep for weeks in refrigerator.
