PINEAPPLE - CRANBERRY JELLY 
3 c. cranberry juice cocktail
1 (7 1/2 oz.) can unsweetened pineapple juice
1/3 c. lemon juice
1 (1 3/4 oz.) powdered fruit pectin
5 c. sugar

Combine fruit juices with pectin in large pan; stir over high heat until boils hard. At once, stir in sugar. Bring to full rolling boil. Boil 1 minute, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; skim off foam. Pour into scalded glasses. Cover at once with paraffin. Makes 6-8 glasses.
