WASSAIL 
1 gallon apple cider
1 c. brown sugar
6 oz. can frozen lemonade concentrate
6 oz. can frozen orange juice concentrate
1 tbsp. whole cloves
1 tbsp. whole allspice
1 tsp. nutmeg
Brandy (opt.)
Cinnamon sticks

Combine cider, sugar, undiluted lemonade and orange juice. Tie cloves and allspice in a cloth bag and add to cider. Add nutmeg. Simmer, covered about 20 minutes. Remove and discard spice bag. If desired, add 2 cups brandy. Serve in hot mugs with cinnamon stick swizzles.
