WHIPPED TURNIP PUFF 
4 c. cooked & mashed turnip
2 c. soft bread crumbs
1/2 c. melted butter
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
4 slightly beaten eggs

Mix ingredients thoroughly. Spoon into greased six cup casserole dish. Brush top with butter. Bake 1 hour at 375 degrees. Serves 8. This tasty vegetable dish can be frozen for the holidays.
