EASY CHERRY CHEESECAKE 
1 graham cracker pie crust
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 c. confectioners' sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Cool Whip (optional)
1 can cherry pie filling

Combine cream cheese, confectioners' sugar and vanilla. Blend ingredients together until smooth, then spread over graham cracker crust. Top cream cheese mixture with cherry pie filling. Chill until ready to serve. If desired, spread Cool Whip over cherries and serve.
