SPANISH RICE 
1 lg. green pepper, chopped
1 med. onion, chopped
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. instant rice
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce + 1 can water
1/8 tsp. ground mustard

Saute the chopped green pepper and onion in skillet with a little butter, just until onion is clear. Add the ground beef and simmer until browned. Then add the rice, tomato sauce, can of water and ground mustard while stirring. Bring to boil. Reduce heat and cover for 10 minutes. Stir occasionally.
