KING KONG BROWNIES 
1/2 c. butter
2 (2 oz.) squares unsweetened chocolate
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 egg
2/3 c. mashed banana
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 1/4 c. flour
1/2 c. shredded coconut
1 (1 oz.) square semi-sweet chocolate, melted
Powdered sugar

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease an 8" square baking pan. Melt butter with unsweetened chocolate. Remove from heat; stir in sugars. Stir in egg until blended, then stir in mashed banana and vanilla. Stir in flour and coconut and mix well. Spread batter in pan and bake about 30 minutes or until brownies are set on top. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and drizzle with melted chocolate. Chill 15 minutes, then cut into squares. Makes 12 to 15 brownies.
