LACE COOKIES 
1 c. quick Quaker oats
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter substitute
4 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla or almond
1 egg
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. nuts (pecans or walnuts), cut up
1/2 c. raisins

Melt butter. Add to mixture of all ingredients in a bowl. Cover cookie sheets with foil, 1/3 teaspoon for each cookie. Bake 10-12 minutes at 350 degrees. Let cool on foil before peeling off.
