CHICKEN SALAD 
2 whole chickens, boiled & deboned
2 pkgs. Stove Top chicken stuffing mix
2 c. diced celery
2 pkgs. almonds
Parmesan cheese
2 c. diced onions
1 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
Broth from cooked chicken to hold together
Seasoning packets from stuffing mix

Cook chicken and debone. Add stuffing mix, celery, onions. Mix together mayo and broth; mix well with above. Add seasoning packets. Put above ingredients in 9"x13" greased pan. Put cheese and almonds on top. Bake at 350 degrees until brown, 1/2 hour. Serve with Italian bread and butter.
