BANANA PIE 
9-inch graham cracker crust shell
2 bananas
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
2 c. milk
1 (3 1/4 oz.) pkg. vanilla instant pudding
Coconut to garnish

Slice bananas onto crust. Add 1/2 cup milk to soft cream cheese slowly. Mix well. Add pudding to mixture. add the rest of the milk. Beat slowly for 1 minute. Pour into crust. Chill. Garnish with coconut.
