BANANA SHAKE 
1 banana
1 tbsp. lemon juice
4 tbsp. sugar
1 c. milk
1 c. plain yogurt
Whipped cream (garnish)

Puree banana, lemon juice and sugar in blender or food processor until smooth. Add milk and yogurt; blend until thoroughly mixed. Pour at once into glasses. Top with a dab of whipped cream. Yields 3 cups.
