CREAMY BANANA SHAKE 
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. frozen pineapple-orange juice concentrate, half 6 oz. can
2 sm. bananas, sliced
1 pt. (2 c.) frozen lowfat yogurt or ice milk, softened

In blender, combine milk, juice concentrate and bananas. Cover. Blend until smooth. Add frozen yogurt. Cover, blend until smooth. Serve immediately. 4 (1 cup) servings.
